I prioritize building trust and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share what's really going on. As a psychiatrist, I take time to listen, understand the full context of your mental health, and work collaboratively with you on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. I use evidence-based practices—whether that's medication management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral approaches, or other supportive strategies—and I monitor your progress closely, adjusting our plan together as needed. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders across a wide range of concerns: anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, sleep issues, work stress, and more. My goal is to provide compassionate, high-quality psychiatric care that meets you where you are emotionally and helps you move toward better mental wellness. I offer telehealth appointments and am currently accepting new clients. I accept multiple insurance plans, including Lyra Health, Ascension, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and Massachusetts, Cigna, Aetna, Curative, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon.
